What I share comes from experience in international corporations, mid-sized companies, with teams on-site and remote. As a long-time executive in areas like product management, buying, brand management, sales, and e-commerce, I know the challenges of today’s working world firsthand.
My coaching is grounded in solid training, broad practical experience, and science-based methodology. I hold a degree in Business Administration and Business Psychology, am a certified Executive Leadership Coach, and a trained communication and behavioral skills trainer.
In my work, I combine systemic perspectives with methods from transactional analysis.Neuroscientific insights and a solution-focused approach are complemented by principles of humanistic psychology. I work with personality models like INSIGHTS MDI and Zortify and apply the principles of positive neuroplasticity.

Where do you offer your corporate coaching?
I work on-site in the Lörrach/Basel region and in Cologne. I also support individuals, teams, and organizations throughout the DACH region, in English and remotely, if needed.
