I’m Jochen Welsch - business coach and trainer with a focus on team dynamics and open, trust-based collaboration. Based between Basel, Freiburg, and Cologne and wherever you need impulses for real connection and team development.
As a systemic coach, I support teams in improving communication, resolving conflict and tension, and becoming stronger and more successful together. I create spaces where trust can grow and individuals become a team. My approach draws on systemic methods such as transactional analysis and solution-focused coaching.

What I share comes from experience in international corporations, mid-sized companies, with teams on-site and remote. As a long-time executive in areas like product management, buying, brand management, sales, and e-commerce, I know the challenges of today’s working world firsthand.
My coaching is grounded in solid training, broad practical experience, and science-based methodology. I hold a degree in Business Administration and Business Psychology, am a certified Executive Leadership Coach, and a trained communication and behavioral skills trainer.
In my work, I combine systemic perspectives with methods from transactional analysis.Neuroscientific insights and a solution-focused approach are complemented by principles of humanistic psychology. I work with personality models like INSIGHTS MDI and Zortify and apply the principles of positive neuroplasticity.

When teams reach their limits, potential for growth emerges.
Whether it’s entrenched conflict, lack of clarity, or pressure to change: I support teams in addressing exactly where things are stuck and finding new paths forward together.

Where do you offer your team coaching?
I work on-site in the Lörrach/Basel region and in Cologne. I also support teams throughout the DACH region, in English as well, and remotely if needed.
